1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products: Products, including but not limited to Boss Audio Systems Speaker Set, Burmester Car Audio Speaker Set, and JBL Car Audio Speaker Set, are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • All accessories, manuals, and components included with the product are returned.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
    • Products sold as part of a promotional bundle or clearance sale (unless otherwise specified).
    • Custom-ordered or modified products.

2. Installation Services

  • Installation services provided by CarMusicPro are non-refundable once the service has been completed, except in cases where the installation is deemed defective by CarMusicPro.
  • If a defect in the installation is identified, customers must notify us within 7 days of the service date to be eligible for a resolution, which may include a re-installation or, at our discretion, a partial or full refund.

3. Refund Process
