How to setup Radio
- Locate Your Radio ID (ESN/RID)
- Tune your radio to Channel 0 to display the Radio ID (also called ESN or RID). Write this down, as it’s required for activation 11.
- For vehicles with Uconnect® systems, press the Assist button on the rearview mirror and follow on-screen prompts to retrieve the ID 9.
- Check Signal Connection
- Tune to Preview Channel 1 or Channel 284 to verify satellite signal reception. If you hear audio, your radio is connected to the satellite. If not, check antenna connections or consult your vehicle dealership 811.
- Activate Your Subscription
- Activation typically takes 10–15 minutes but may require up to an hour. Ensure your radio remains powered on during this time.
- Troubleshoot Signal Issues
- If channels are missing post-activation, request a signal refresh .
- For persistent issues (e.g., no audio on Preview Channel 284), contact your dealership for hardware checks
